How Does Art Inspire Us?

We all at some point turn to art for inspiration in some form..

How does Art inspire us? 

Artwork has the power to allow our minds to travel somewhere else. Its inspiration enables us to view things from a different perspective; whilst providing an opportunity to see something new with each view. 
Viewing art gives us a chance to make a comparison between what is before us and a memory. 

Art is not discriminative, It promotes communication and education between cultures. This allows diversity into our lives, inspiring us to do better and as Mahatma Gandhi once said "Be the change you want to see in the world". 

As a universal language created through art, it allows us all to feel connected in some aspect. It assists in breaking barriers and helps us to respect one another's creativity. 

Growing up exposed to art and culture helps children to express their inner thoughts through their own creativity. Thus, encouraging them to express themselves for a healthier mental state as they develop and combat problems.

Finishing up on a more technical term. Art inspires creative thinking as the right brain takes what it sees and expands upon it.
